Shipping & Delivery Policies
The Excel Bee provides digital products such as Excel templates, tools, and tutorials. As we only offer digital downloads, there is no physical shipping involved.
Once the payment is completed successfully, your download link or access credentials will be shared instantly via the registered email ID.
If you do not receive the digital file or access link within 1 hour of payment, please check your spam folder. If not found, reach out to us at theexcelbee@gmail.com, and we’ll make sure you get access as soon as possible.
Return Policy
Since our products are digital in nature, they are non-returnable. Once a digital file (template, tool, or e-book) is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
We recommend you read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing and feel free to ask questions at theexcelbee@gmail.com if in doubt.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we follow a No Refund policy once the content has been delivered/accessed. However, in the rare event that:
- The downloaded file is corrupt
- You accidentally made duplicate payments
You may contact us within 3 days of purchase, and we will review and process the refund based on validity. All valid refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
The Excel Bee reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy
As our products are delivered instantly upon successful payment, orders cannot be canceled once the payment is completed.
If you made an accidental purchase, please reach out to us within 1 hour of payment and before downloading the product. We will try our best to support you on a case-by-case basis.
No cancellation is possible once the download has been initiated or the content has been accessed.
Refund and Cancellation for Service-Based Projects
If you hire The Excel Bee for custom Excel development, dashboard building, or consulting services, please note that once the work begins, there will be NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION allowed. We invest time and expertise from the moment your project is confirmed.
